	The Black Cock Inn is a delightful 16th Century Coaching Inn situated right in the heart of Broughton-in-Furness, which in itself is situated amidst breathtaking scenery. (See below for more pictures) On entering the Inn you are welcomed by an open log fire and exposed beams in the Lounge Bar that sets an ambience of old world charm. In the evenings you can relax in the glow of candlelight enjoying traditional ales and excellent wines. We pride ourselves on providing a large variety of freshly prepared dishes served with the chef's delicious choice of fresh vegetables. You can either dine in the Bar or in our cosy restaurant, choosing from the Chef's specialties that are offered daily. The restaurant seats 24 persons and bookings are appreciated to avoid disappointment. Party bookings are welcomed. We have a choice of en-suite or standard rooms, the en-suite rooms having oak beamed ceilings. Tea and Coffee is available in all rooms. Alex and Dale offer you a warm welcome in their family run Inn.
